Smoked White Fish Salad
- 500 g Smoked White Fish
- 130 g Mayonnaise
- 130 g Sour Cream
- 100 g Celery - finely chopped
- 100 g Cucumber - seeds removed & finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Dill - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Chives - finely chopped
- 2 Lemons (juiced)
- 75 g AdVital Powder
- Salt and pepper
- Flake the smoked fish into a large mixing bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients & mix well to combine, season with the salt & pepper & lemon juice to finish.
- Serve with freshly sliced cucumbers & Challah Bread.
