With the ever-evolving and challenging COVID-19 situation, it is important that we continue to find ways to protect our team so they can be available to service you and the ones who need us most.
Current changes introduced at Flavour Creations:
Working from home
All staff that can work from home, are now doing so until further notice. We have robust systems and infrastructure in place to continue to work effectively and minimise any disruptions.
There is a lot of uncertainty around what one should do. We continue to monitor and follow Government’s and Health authority’s directive and have been using noticeboards, signage and screens across our sites to continually educate our teams on topics such as social distancing, handwashing among other precautionary measures.
Supply of protective gear
Team members such as the production staff have been supplied with masks and hand sanitisers that are readily available throughout the facility to minimise cross contamination.
New ways of connecting
For the ongoing safety of you and our team, all unnecessary client visits have been replaced with voice or video conferencing. This allows us to be at your service with minimal disruption.
We are grateful to our team members and suppliers who are working tirelessly to do the best job possible under the circumstances, and we thank you for your understanding and support.
