- 60 g Dark Chocolate
- 240 g Thickened Cream
- 40 g Icing sugar
- 2 Scoop A Shape It Powder
- Lightly spray a half sphere mould with oil
- In a small saucepan, warm all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly. Once warm, bring to a boil.
- Pour mixture into prepared moulds, cover and refrigerate until set.
- Remove chocolate spheres from the moulds and dust with cocoa powder. Serve.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
