Sweet Noodle Kugel
- 450 g egg noodles
- 5 eggs
- 100 g butter melted
- 450 g sour cream
- 225 g cottage cheese
- 200 g caster sugar
- 4 scoops (100g) AdVital Powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease the base and sides of a 25cm x 30cm baking tray with spray oil.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, however reduce the cook time to 5 minutes. Drain, toss in better and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
- Add the hot pasta to the mixture, and mix to ensure an even coating over the pasta.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking tray. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until Kugel is golden brown and set firm.
- Remove tray from heat, and slice Kugel into 12 portions. Serve hot or cold.
