Flavour Creations Appoints Peter Harding-Smith as Chief Financial Officer

BRISBANE, July 4, 2022 — Flavour Creations today announced that Peter Harding-Smith has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Harding-Smith comes to Flavour Creations with 20 years’ experience in translating business strategy into commercial outcomes with ASX-listed corporations. He has held several senior CFO and company secretary roles in a range of industries including mining, energy, technology, and life sciences.

Mr. Harding-Smith joins Flavour Creations after almost two years as principle of his own management consulting and advisory business, specialising in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer for ASX-listed oil and gas company, Comet Ridge Limited. Before that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for ASX-listed biotech firm, Anteo Diagnostics Limited.
