Sweet Noodle Kugel

Ingredients

  • 450 g egg noodles
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g butter melted
  • 450 g sour cream
  • 225 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 4 scoops (100g) AdVital Powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease the base and sides of a 25cm x 30cm baking tray with spray oil.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, however reduce the cook time to 5 minutes. Drain, toss in better and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
  • Add the hot pasta to the mixture, and mix to ensure an even coating over the pasta.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking tray. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until Kugel is golden brown and set firm.
  • Remove tray from heat, and slice Kugel into 12 portions. Serve hot or cold.
