Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease the base and sides of a 25cm x 30cm baking tray with spray oil.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, however reduce the cook time to 5 minutes. Drain, toss in better and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
Add the hot pasta to the mixture, and mix to ensure an even coating over the pasta.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking tray. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until Kugel is golden brown and set firm.
Remove tray from heat, and slice Kugel into 12 portions. Serve hot or cold.
