Our tangy smoked white fish salad is the perfect companion to some freshly sliced cucumbers and challah bread.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Smoked White Fish
  • 130 g Mayonnaise
  • 130 g Sour Cream
  • 100 g Celery - finely chopped
  • 100 g Cucumber - seeds removed & finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dill - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Chives - finely chopped
  • 2 Lemons (juiced)
  • 75 g AdVital Powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Flake the smoked fish into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add all the other ingredients & mix well to combine, season with the salt & pepper & lemon juice to finish.
  • Serve with freshly sliced cucumbers & Challah Bread.
