Place the buns into a food processor and blitz into a crumb
In a separate pot add the milk and Shape It, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes
Pour into the food processor and blend on high speed for 1 minute to ensure the mixture is completely smooth
Place mixture into a piping bag
Lay some cling film on the bench. Pipe some of the mixture onto the cling film. Using the cling film, roll the buns up and tie them off at the ends so you have a cylinder shape
Allow this to cool, then slice in half length ways so it opens up like a hot dog bun
Hot Dogs
Microwave the hot dogs for 3 minutes in a plastic container filled with water
In a separate pot add the chicken stock and Shape It powder, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute
Remove the hot dogs from the water using tongs as they will be very hot. Place them into a food processor and blend to a puree
Add the Thick Plus and stock to the mixture, blend for 2 minutes so the mixture is completely smooth
Lay some cling film on the bench. Pipe some of the mixture onto the cling film. Using the cling film, roll the hot dogs up and tie them off at the ends so you have a cylinder shape. Make sure to make the hot dog about half the thickeness of the hot dog bun

Diced onions (optional)
Melt the butter in a fry pan, slice the onions and cook for 10 minutes until soft

Pour the bacon into a food processor and blend on high speed for 2 minutes until smooth
In a separate pan, add the chicken stock & Shape It, bring to a boil
