Ingredients
- 1 scoop Advital Powder use AdVital Powder scoop provided
- 170 mL water
- 20 mL skim milk or add milk as part of the total volume (190mL)

- 1 scoop or sachet of instant THICK Slightly Thick - Level 1
- 1 scoop or sachet of instant THICK Mildly Thick 150 - Level 2
- 1 scoop or sachet of instant THICK Moderately Thick 400 - Level 3
- 1 scoop or sachet of instant THICK Extremely Thick 900 - Level 4
Instructions
Single Serving Method
- Measure 170mL of skim milk or 170–190mL of water.
- While stirring, add the required dose of instant THICK. Stir for 1–2 minutes or until the powder has dissolved.
- Gradually add AdVital Powder. Stir with a fork or whisk until dissolved.
- Allow the drink to stand for 15 minutes, then re-stir before consuming.
