Roast Turkey and Ham Roll With Vegetables

Succulent rolled roast turkey and ham served with breaded herb and lemonstuffing, steamed green beans, and roasted potato and pumpkin.

Turkey
Activate Shape It Powder with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a food processor and add the hot turkey, then purée until smooth.
Place the mixture in cling wrap and form into a roll shape. Refrigerate until set.
To serve, thinly slice turkey and place on a serving plate.
Ham
Activate Shape It Powder with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a food processor and add the hot ham, then purée until smooth.

Green Beans
Place stock or milk and Shape It Powder into a saucepan, bring to the boil over a medium heat. Simmer gently for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the hot steamed beans into a food processor, pour in the hot liquid, and purée until smooth. Season to taste.
Pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Pour into the prepared mould, cover with lid and refrigerate until set.
Remove from mould and reheat before serving
Roast Pumpkin
Purée ingredients together, then place into a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a lined high sided container to the depth you want the final portions to be. We used a 2 cm depth.
Cover and refrigerate until set.
Roast Potato
Activate Shape It Powder with the milk, bring to the boil over medium heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Then stir in the hot mash until well combined.
Pour into a lined high sided container to the depth you want the final portions to be. We used a 2 cm depth.
Cover and refrigerate until set
To serve, cut portions into chucks and place onto a separate tray. Spray or brush dye solution onto each piece to give it that "roasted" look. Place onto the dinner plate with the meats.
