Designed for use with pureed and minced and moist foods (IDDSI Levels 4 and 5), Shape It Moulds help create texture-modified meals that have the same shape, smell and taste as unmodified food.
Shape It Moulds are easy to use, too – just mix the minced or pureed food with Shape It Powder, pour the mixture into a mould, and leave it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. The small footprints and even heights of the portions help moulded food reheat without becoming crusty and brittle, and keep meal plates from becoming overcrowded or intimidating.
The Red Meat Shape It Mould (100 mL Serves) is a great way to give pureed beef, pork, lamb and kangaroo a recognisable form. Using a Red Meat Shape It Mould, you can create texture-modified meals like beef with gravy, sweet and sour pork, or lamb with bean salad. Each Red Meat Shape It Mould (100 mL Serves) contains eight serves.
To enhance the flavour and appearance of your Shaped red meat, try brushing the moulded food with Parisian essence or soy sauce before serving.

Freight will be calculated and shown during the Checkout process, based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box. All freight rates do not include GST. GST will be added at the Checkout. Flavour Creations will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch available products ordered for delivery within seven business days (Brisbane metro only, longer for other locations) after receipt of the order. Delivery times are estimates only.

All deliveries are made by registered courier, excluding Australia Post deliveries, and will require a signature unless special delivery instructions are recorded at time of online ordering registration and or at the Checkout. Deliveries will be made during Flavour Creations normal business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If Flavour Creations agrees to deliver products outside normal business hours, an additional delivery charge may be imposed.
Lost or Damaged Goods
