Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, cover and store in the refrigerator with a Dysphagia Cup Lid and label. Discard unused content after 24 hours. Flavour Creations recommends use of the ‘2-hour/4-hour’ rule.

High in available water for the dietary management of dehydration. Contains fibre for the dietary management of healthy bowel function. Use under medical supervision. For oral consumption only. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

Orders of $350 or more (ex GST) will receive FREE DELIVERY.

Freight will be calculated and shown during the Checkout process, based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box. All freight rates do not include GST. GST will be added at the Checkout. Flavour Creations will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch available products ordered for delivery within seven business days (Brisbane metro only, longer for other locations) after receipt of the order.  Delivery times are estimates only.

Most parcels are arriving on time, but delays are being experienced due to COVID-19 disruptions. Please note that during our promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above. Gift with purchase items may also arrive separate to your order.

All deliveries are made by registered courier, excluding Australia Post deliveries, and will require a signature unless special delivery instructions are recorded at time of online ordering registration and or at the Checkout. Deliveries will be made during Flavour Creations normal business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If Flavour Creations agrees to deliver products outside normal business hours, an additional delivery charge may be imposed.

Lost or Damaged Goods
