Preparation & Storage
Directions
Peel back the foil lid and enjoy. Best served chilled.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, cover and store in the refrigerator with a Dysphagia Cup Lid and label. Discard leftover product after 24 hours. Flavour Creations recommends use of the ‘2-hour/4-hour’ rule.

Suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Food for special medical purposes. Thickened for the dietary management of dysphagia. Formulated to provide protein, energy, vitamins and minerals for medical conditions where nutritional needs cannot be met through diet modification alone. Use under medical supervision. Not for parenteral use. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age.

Delivery
Orders of $350 or more (ex GST) will receive FREE DELIVERY.
Freight will be calculated and shown during the Checkout process, based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box. All freight rates do not include GST. GST will be added at the Checkout. Flavour Creations will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch available products ordered for delivery within seven business days (Brisbane metro only, longer for other locations) after receipt of the order. Delivery times are estimates only.

All deliveries are made by registered courier, excluding Australia Post deliveries, and will require a signature unless special delivery instructions are recorded at time of online ordering registration and or at the Checkout. Deliveries will be made during Flavour Creations normal business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If Flavour Creations agrees to deliver products outside normal business hours, an additional delivery charge may be imposed.
