If you’re hand-thickening fluids using powders from the instant THICK, or thickplus ranges, it’s important that any stored mixtures are easily identifiable. Placing an IDDSI Level Sticker on hand-thickened fluid storage containers helps ensure no-one is served fluids of the wrong viscosity.
The IDDSI Level Stickers are visually distinct, colour-coded stickers available in IDDSI Levels 2, 3 and 4 (Mildly Thick, Moderately Thick and Extremely Thick). When placing stickers onto storage containers, ensure the stickers are placed in easily visible positions, such as the container top or lid.

Designed for use with pureed and minced and moist foods (IDDSI Levels 4 and 5), Shape It Moulds help create texture-modified meals that have the same shape, smell and taste as unmodified food.
Shape It Moulds are easy to use, too – just mix the minced or pureed food with Shape It Powder, pour the mixture into a mould, and leave it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. The small footprints and even heights of the portions help moulded food reheat without becoming crusty and brittle, and keep meal plates from becoming overcrowded or intimidating.
The Peas and Corn Shape It Mould (50 mL Serves) is a great way to give pureed peas and corn a recognisable form. Using a Peas and Corn Shape It Mould, you can create texture-modified balls of peas or corn to serve with your favourite meats and vegetables. Each Peas and Corn Shape It Mould (50 mL Serves) contains nine serves.

All deliveries are made by registered courier, excluding Australia Post deliveries, and will require a signature unless special delivery instructions are recorded at time of online ordering registration and or at the Checkout. Deliveries will be made during Flavour Creations normal business hours Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If Flavour Creations agrees to deliver products outside normal business hours, an additional delivery charge may be imposed.
